Refund Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms of Sale. It is short because the rule is simple: payments are final, with one built-in exception.

Payments are final

A sponsorship spot is delivered the moment your logo appears on this website, and it stays there for good. Once your logo is live the purchase is complete and non-refundable. There is no refund for a change of mind, disappointing results, a logo you wish you had cropped differently, or short outages of the website.

The exception: someone takes your spot over

Any spot can be bought by another sponsor for 2 times what its current holder paid. If that happens to your spot, you are refunded in full, automatically, to your original payment method, with no fees deducted. We issue the refund the moment the takeover payment succeeds; how quickly it appears is up to your bank, typically 5 to 10 business days. You will see the charge reversed against the original TWOSUITS line on your statement.

Other cases where we refund you

• Price changed while you were paying. If someone else took the spot over between you seeing the price and your payment completing, the price you paid no longer holds. Your payment is refunded automatically and the spot stays with them. You can try again at the new price.
• We reject your logo. If we decline your submission under section 4 of the Terms, you get a full refund and the spot returns to sale.
• We fail to deliver. If your payment succeeded but your logo never appeared on the site, and we cannot fix it within 5 business days of you telling us, you are refunded in full.
• We remove your placement through no fault of yours. If we must take it down for a legal or platform reason, you are refunded in full.
• Unauthorised payment. If you tell us a payment was not authorised by you, we will refund it once we have confirmed the facts.
